6.3 Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
6.4 Where you have requested self-exclusion, wowph retains records of your self-exclusion status for the duration of the exclusion period and for a reasonable period thereafter to prevent re-registration.
6.5 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, wowph will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
